Biography
Maury Pottery is handmade by Toni and Kirby Maury. They have worked as clay artists in Alaska for the past 20 years, living in Halibut Cove and Anchorage. Each piece has been individually made from stoneware and porcelain clays and fired to 2100 degrees. The resulting pottery is very durable, safe in microwave ovens and dishwashers, and have only lead-free glazes. Each design is hand drawn and painted- so no two pieces are the same!
