We offer many one-of-a-kind items which are often on display in our gallery as well as on our web site. In the event a unique artwork is simultaneously purchased both in the gallery and via the web site, or the artwork becomes unavailable for any other reason, we will contact you and resolve the conflict as soon as possible in the most equitable way we see fit.

We will, of course, refund the purchase price (and shipping, if applicable) in the event we cannot deliver the artwork (or a satisfactory alternative) in a reasonable period of time. In any case, we would discuss all of this with you via phone or email.
