No-Hassle Return Policy

Within thirty days, with your receipt, you may return any artwork for any reason for a full refund of the artwork’s original price (return shipping is at your expense, if applicable). If you have lost or otherwise misplaced your receipt, we may be able to locate our copy of it with some help on your part, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full purchase price without the receipt.

After thirty days, with a receipt, we charge a twenty-percent re-stocking fee for all artworks. Again, we will attempt to locate our copy of your receipt if you cannot find yours.

Gifts may be returned for any reason for exchange or a gallery gift certificate in the amount of the original or sale value. Unless the value is less than $10, we do not return the value in cash.

If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please save all packaging and consult our breakage policy. If the artwork is damaged and is appears unrelated to shipping (or was not shipped), please contact us via phone or email, so we can work out a resolution. Additional shipping due to artist or gallery damage will be at our expense.

If you do need to return an artwork by shipping it back to us, please give us a call or email us; we like to know it is coming so we can watch for it and collect any needed information for the return in the shipping interim. In any case, always insure the artwork for its return trip. Without proper insurance, you will be responsible for the cost if the artwork is damaged during shipping.
