Breakage Policy
If any or all of your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please save all packaging. Most carriers will want to inspect how it was packed to ensure that they are responsible for the damage incurred. Also have on hand your Artique, Ltd. Invoice, and any information from the package itself, such as tracking and/or insurance numbers.
Call the carrier immediately, or visit their website to initiate a claim and arrange for inspection of the damaged items. You may also need to contact us during this process. Here are some helpful contacts:

Please do not initiate any repairs until you, the carrier and Artique have come to a resolution. You can, of course, call or email us at any time during this process for questions and guidance.
