ARTIST PERSONALIZATIONS

We arrange artist personalizations of prints and originals for artists that we publish or for which we are their primary representative, including Byron Birdsall and Barbara Lavallee. However, due to their schedules, we cannot guarantee how long it may take to have your artwork personalized.
 
ARTWORK AVAILABILITY

We offer many one-of-a-kind items which are often on display in our gallery as well as on our web site. In the event a unique artwork is simultaneously purchased both in the gallery and via the web site, or the artwork becomes unavailable for any other reason, we will contact you and resolve the conflict as soon as possible in the most equitable way we see fit.
 
ARTWORK COMMISSIONS

A number of our artists do accept commissions, often for about the same price as a similar-sized artwork. We can handle the entire process for you, simply contact our corporate services interior designer, Linnea Ratcliff, for more information (907·277·0637). (Linnea is often out-of-the-gallery consulting with clients, please leave a voice-mail regarding your request and she will get back to you.)
 
BREAKAGE POLICY

If any or all of your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please save all packaging. Most carriers will want to inspect how it was packed to ensure that they are responsible for the damage incurred. Also have on hand your Artique, Ltd. Invoice, and any information from the package itself, such as tracking and/or insurance numbers.
 
COMPLIMENTARY GIFTWRAP

We offer complimentary giftwrapping for every item that we sell, with only a few exceptions for size. Our selection of available papers varies by season and year-to-year, but we will usually have something available at any one time to satisfy most gift-giving circumstances. If you wish, you can always call or email us to be more specific regarding your gift.
 
CREDIT CARD SECURITY VERISIGN PAYMENT PROCESSING

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover for purchases in the gallery, over the phone, and via our online site. Additionally, we accept cash and checks in-person in our gallery.
 
E-MAILING LISTS

We do offer artist e-mailing lists for the sole purpose of alerting you to the events and information regarding a particular artist or artists. If you wish to "subscribe" to our mailing list, simply email us and we’ll add you to the list.
 
HAND-MADE ARTWORKS AND GIFTS

Excluding the editions, everything we carry is made by an artist’s hands and therefore is subject to slight variations in color, style, size and shape.
 
INTERIOR DESIGNERS

We offer a designer registration program for Anchorage-area interior designers which entitles you to discounts on some artwork and additional services specifically designed to make your job a little easier.
 
MISSING ITEMS

If any of your order appears to be missing, please allow one-to-two business days for an additional shipment to arrive. All orders are packed and shipped at the same time, unless specifically requested otherwise; however, sometimes the shipment will be split during transit.
 
MISSING ORDERS

Most everything that leaves Artique carries some form of tracking number, if after two-to-three weeks your order has not arrived; please give us a call so we can start checking your order status and track the shipment. Please recognize that shipping to and from Alaska does take additional time and may simply be en-route.
 
NO SALES TAX

Since we do all our business from our gallery in Anchorage, and there is no sales tax in Anchorage for any purchase, we never charge sales tax on any order.

(Other municipalities in Alaska may have a sales tax.)
 
NO-HASSLE RETURN POLICY

Within thirty days, with your receipt, you may return any artwork for any reason for a full refund of the artwork’s original price (return shipping is at your expense, if applicable). If you have lost or otherwise misplaced your receipt, we may be able to locate our copy of it with some help on your part, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full purchase price without the receipt.
 
ON-SCREEN ARTWORK DISPLAY

We have attempted to maintain accurate coloration and depiction through the images we present of our artworks and gifts throughout the development of our site. (For the techies, we use ColorSync™ and the profile is embedded in the jpeg image files.) However, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your computer monitor are accurate due to your monitor’s settings and the associated ambient light.
 
PRE-RELEASE PRINT ORDERS

When available, new print releases may be ordered prior to release to guarantee a specific number, particularly edition numbers less than twenty-five. Contact our Wholesale & Publishing company at 800·848·1312 to order a print proir to its release.
 
PRINT NUMBER REQUESTS

For our Artique-published print editions, you can purchase a specific print number, if it is still available. Call or email us to check on availability and place an order.
 
PRIVACY POLICY

We are a privately-held company and value your privacy as much as we value our own. As such, we will not sell or otherwise divulge your personal information or purchases to anyone outside Artique, Ltd. Further, we will never use your personal information to send you any material other than that you request, or that directly associated to a purchase.
 
RUSH ORDERS

At this time, rush orders can only be taken by phone. What with estimating delivery expense and timing, we simply believe it is better to directly talk with you so that we can ensure your desired result.
 
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Currently, online orders can be shipped to anywhere in the United States. For orders outside the U.S., please give us a call or email us to place your order. (Do not send a credit card number through email, it is not secure for such sensitive information. We can make other arrangements by phone or email.)
 
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

At this time, orders which require shipping outside the United States can only be taken by phone. What with estimating delivery expense and timing, we simply believe it is better to directly talk with you so that we can ensure your desired result.
